Week[0]: Running
Oh my goodness. Just went on a run with a friend and it is absolutely gorgeous running around the lake. Apparently it's about 0.8 miles each lap (Dad, since you won't believe me, you can google maps track it yourself). The first time I felt like a 'normal' French person! Definitely helped with the alienation-blues.

Sounds like you are off and running to a great start! Love the pics! When we were in Poland, they too had the megamart one-stop shopping stores - - touring it is equivalent to a whole day of sightseeing....and do all four wheels on the cart turn? Try the pastry!

AG: the carts require a euro to use and since I've gotta carry it all back in my backpack, I avoid the confusion and just grab a basket :) I think they are really strange carts, though. Definitely smaller than US ones!
